Introduction

The Network was established in 2025 and is stewarded by the Founders Council. Our vision is a world where death is approached with openness, respect, and information—where every individual has access to compassionate guidance, personal autonomy, and dignified care at the end of life.

We extend an invitation to professionals within the metro Phoenix area who are interested in collaborating with us to provide a comprehensive range of services. We aim to create an inclusive professional community that offers peer-to-peer support, resources, and connection as we serve others. Beyond simple referrals, members will contribute equitably toward outreach initiatives, advocacy efforts, and educational projects that benefit both the public and those who support them.
