Metro Phoenix End of Life Professional Network

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide connections for compassionate, non-medical end-of-life support that honors dignity, eases emotional and spiritual burdens, and ensures individuals and families feel guided, comforted, and never alone during life’s final transition.

Vision & Values

Our Vision

We envision a community where death is approached with openness, respect, and peace—where every person has access to gentle guidance, meaningful closure, and dignified care at the end of life. Through education, advocacy, and presence, we seek to transform how families experience the final chapter, making it more humane, supported, and sacred.

Our Values

Dignity
We honor the inherent worth of every individual and uphold respect, autonomy, and personal choice at every stage of care.

Compassion
We serve with empathy, kindness, and patience, meeting each person and family with warmth and understanding.

Presence
We believe in the power of calm, steady companionship—offering reassurance, comfort, and attentive support.

Integrity
We practice with professionalism, ethical responsibility, transparency, and trust.

Collaboration
We work in partnership with families, hospice teams, caregivers, and community resources to provide holistic, coordinated support.

Cultural Respect
We honor diverse beliefs, traditions, and values, tailoring care to reflect each individual’s identity and wishes.

Peace & Meaning
We support opportunities for reflection, closure, legacy, and spiritual peace, helping create a meaningful end-of-life experience.

Two people networking.

About Our Network

The Metro Phoenix End-of-Life Professional Network is a collaborative of  trained end-of-life doulas and other end-of-life professionals.

As a collaborative care team, we seek to coordinate with hospice providers, medical professionals and loved ones to complement existing care. While we do not provide medical services, we focus on the human side of the experience—presence, communication, comfort, and honoring each person’s wishes and cultural values.

We bring a calm, grounded approach shaped by respect for community, tradition, and the sacredness of life’s closing moments. Our shared mission is to ensure no one faces the end of life alone, and that every transition is guided with compassion, grace, and dignity.
